Recruitment process

To achieve our common goals you can contribute by the following tasks and duties:

  • Take data driven insights and turn them into well designed and specified user experiences to drive product growth
  • Proactively analyzing data to find growth opportunities within the product and for our marketing department
  • Communicate between business and technical stakeholders
  • Gathering business and technical requirements
  • Prepare test scenarios, and test cases, and perform product tests
  • Track feature and product KPIs
  • Plan, execute and analyze A/B tests

Job requirements

    • Proven track record of driving product performance with a data driven approach
    • Worked as a business analyst on a live website for at least 2 years

    Skills Required:

    • Strong analytical, problem-solving skills
    • Basic UX/UI design knowledge
    • Self-starter, proactive
    • Attention to details
    • Fluency in English
    • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
    • Understanding basic software development methodologies
    • JIRA and Confluence

    Nice to have:

    • Familiarity with GA4 and Universal Analytics
    • Detailed understanding of e-commerce customers’ lifecycle.
    • Understanding of digital marketing channels
