Contributing to our success means:
Drive team goals:
- Ownership of employee life cycle: onboarding, employee retention, goal setting, and achieving performance management
- Drive team goals by active participation in the lifecycle of the team and the software development process
- Facilitate work and own the operational execution of the teams
- Ensure the adoption of the latest technologies, tools, and best practices for efficiency and competitiveness while making sure our resources are used to their fullest potential
- Initiate regular reviews of processes, gather feedback, and implement improvements to maintain top-tier operations
- Propose and implement methods that can produce measurable data
- Recognize dysfunctions in the execution process and/or potential operational or team-related risks early, and create action plans to reduce/eliminate them
Ensure employee engagement and satisfaction:
- Cultivate a culture emphasizing continuous learning, innovation, and open communication by identifying and developing each team member’s individual potential
- Define team and individual goals, e.g. personal and career development goals
- Recommend external trainings, prepare and hold internal trainings/workshops/hackathons
- Recommend, organize, and participate in team building programs based on teams’ needs
- Cooperation with the Hungarian software development and HR teams, as well as the American People Development Managers

Kit keresünk?
- 3+ years of experience in a leadership role in a software development discipline: managing engineering teams, being a scrum master or an agile coach
- Experience in increasing the efficiency of agile teams as an agile coach: Deep understanding of agile, in particular: scrum, being an agile practitioner
- Experience as a scrum master is preferred to be able to facilitate work and own the operational execution of the teams
- Being able to assess the effectiveness and the execution of work in teams, drive performance
- Program management skillset: Background in managing enterprise-level products
- Deep program experience of the software development lifecycle
- Experience in team/individual coaching (business/executive coach) is an advantage
- Experience in creating training materials
- Fluent Hungarian and English language skills
- Innovative approach, independence in working
- High emotional intelligence
