ICF Tech Hungary is looking for an experienced manual tester. As the member of the Hungarian QA team you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our systems.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with leadership to understand system requirements and translate them into test cases
• Design and execute manual test scripts to verify system functionality
• Identify and document defects, and work closely with developers to resolve issues
• Perform regression testing to ensure that defects are fixed and new features do not impact existing functionality
• Conduct system integration testing to ensure seamless interaction between different components
• Participate in test planning and estimation activities
• Provide feedback on usability and suggest improvements to enhance the user experience

Requirements:

• Proven experience as a Manual Tester
• Understand web application, microservice architecture, understand processes/flows (cookies, firewalls, sessions)
• Proficiency in creating and executing manual test scripts
• Knowledge of software testing methodologies and best practices, can build a testing system from scratch
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Attention to detail and ability to prioritize tasks
• Good communication skills and ability to effectively communicate with stakeholders
• Fluent, confident written and spoken English knowledge
