You will be responsible for:

• Creating and delivering clean, reliable, and maintainable code

• Identifying, debugging, and resolving issues to improve and optimize the user experience

• Engaging in team discussions with a sense of ownership — guiding conversations in meetings, following and advocating coding standards and best practices, while continuously expanding technical knowledge

• Proactively sharing expertise, reviewing code, discussing implementation approaches, mentoring teammates, and suggesting improvements to enhance the product

• Taking responsibility across every phase of the development lifecycle — from planning and design through implementation, deployment, and ongoing support

Who you will work with:

• You will work hand in hand with Agile teams dedicated to building and maintaining backend systems

• You will partner with the support team to evaluate and prioritize reported issues, ensuring customer problems are addressed quickly and effectively

• You will collaborate with engineers, product managers, and designers to define strong software verification strategies and support the Scrum team in delivering high-quality solutions

What do you need to succeed at our company:

• Solid understanding of Object-Oriented Programming (OOP) principles, including SOLID and Clean Code practices

• Practical experience applying common PHP design patterns

• Demonstrated experience in developing web applications with PHP

• Strong knowledge of web infrastructure, HTTP, and RESTful APIs

• Familiarity with secure coding techniques to safeguard against XSS, SQL Injection, and other vulnerabilities

• Basic knowledge of Docker and web security fundamentals

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

• Capable of maintaining a system-level perspective while managing detailed tasks

• Able to contribute effectively to complex projects and deliver results

• Collaborative team player with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset

• Experienced in mentoring and sharing knowledge with peers

• Advocate for best practices in software development

• Good written and spoken communication skills in English
